Heritage Park Celebration for the Centennial Garden & Kirkland Rotary Arbor  

 

A brief ceremony started at 6:30 PM to present the recent addition of the Centennial Garden by Kirkland Parks and Community Services and Kirkland Rotary Garden Arbor.
