Movie Night
March 26, 2008
We had too much fun with the unsuspecting audience (video clip). Home movies of Kirkland in the late 1030s up to the 1950s were digitally projected on the big screen. A Gateway theater favorite of the time was a bingo like-game called Screeno which we attempted to play and give away prizes. Two ladies in the audience worked at the Gatway theater Joyce Conners-Fowler 1949-50 and Julie Reid-Schelp 1953-54. Then there was the surprise 3D slide show followed up with more movies.
